Radio City Moo-sic Hall (Trade 32)
I just googled "wood sculpture", literally just now... and in fourth spot is Stefanie Rocknak's website.
This doesn't surprise me, I already knew Steff creates amazing wood sculptures - I've had more than one good look around the site before. And this probably won't surprise you, but I liked the idea of a trade for a Stefanie Rocknak wood sculpture work...
So I emailed Steff to sound her out, and got back the reply that although she wasn't up for trading me a wood sculpture... "I'll trade you two drawings of your choice for the Tom-Tom GPS".
This I agreed to without any ado, whatever ado is, so we had a deal!
Steff lives in New York State, which is somewhere over near Mexico I believe, so this was yet another transatlantic postal trade.
I took a long time settling on which two drawings I would take. I think I took weeks. Maybe I overdid that part.
Anyways, I wound up choosing "Walking Cow" from the Europe Series, and "Radio City" from the New York City Series.
And, with myself somewhat absent, we did the trade...
Latest news from Steff: "I love the GPS" so... an excellent trade all round confirmed!
So... two fine drawings added to the mix and now up for a trade:

Speedy's On Fire
Just lately I noticed somebody on Twitter had animated their avatar, so I thought I'd have a go at animating mine and this is the result...
Like it? Big time? Not a lot? Not at all?!
Twitterer feedback has been mostly positive so far, so I'm now happy to confirm it as the new official 2008 Twitter trading nothing avatar.
Apologies to Trade 18 Izzyrider for not making Speedy's ears wiggle.

Trade 32 Complete!
Well, just about, the package has arrived from the trade recipient. But we still need a photo of some sort to make it somewhat official - we're working on that!
More very soon.
Aside from that excitement, I'm distracted with looking for a new job. Credit crunches huh, who needs 'em?
